Job Description:
1. Manage the HR affaire, work out the company regulation and make sure the regulation could be carried out.
2.Keep the good communication with group HR, GMM and every dept.
3.Supervise the recruitment, training of new employee, hand over matter for the leaving employees, make sure there is no any bribery behavior in the company.
4.Submit the HR report of every month.
5.Responsible for wage calculation for all staff.
6.Responsible for the social insurance calculation and payment, support the staff to conduct the related social insurance.
7.Supervise, coach and assess the subordinates.
8.Collect the relevant law and regulation from the relevant dept, and give the feedback to Senior HR Manager timely, and give the reasonable proposal.
9.Cooperate and handle with staff’s relationship, such as the emergency matter, labor entanglement and so on.
10.Cost and expense controlling,
11.Improve the HR management and give the reasonable proposal.
12.Other jobs are arranged by the superior.
Requirement:
1. University or above education;
2. 5 year or above in the HR management experience;
3. have HR management experience in the manufacturing will be preferential
4. Familiar with the labor law and relevant regulation
5. Good communication skill and team cooperation spirit;
6. Good language command of written and spoken English.
