带领员工认真做好餐前准备，确保质量标准；
2.Supervisingthestafftoprovidegoodserviceduringthemeals.
正式开餐后，督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作；
3.Responsibleforallthedailyworkthatmanagerdispatches;
协助部门经理完成交代的日常工作。
Specificjobknowledge,skillandability工作技能技巧要求：
1.Technicalschooldegreeorabove,goodlookingandgoodtemper
中专以上文化程度，形象气质佳；
2.Familiarwiththerestaurantmanagementandoperation.
熟悉餐厅管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能；
3.Goodabilityofcommunicationandcoordinationability.
表达能力及协调能力强；
4.Willingtoprovideserviceandresponsibleandconscientious.
热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。

Requiredqualifications必要的资历要求:
1．Atleast3yearsrelevantworkingexperience.
至少3年以上酒店同等或以上工作岗位工作经验。
