到岗时间：不限 性别要求：不限性别 婚况要求：不限婚况     The Manufacturing Engineer will support activities associated with the
end to end hose manufacturing process. This includes lean productivity
and quality process improvements, validations and new technology
transfer to manufacturing. This individual will assist in the
development of new lean process technology and equipment to improve
current manufacturability of products. This position also identifies
and implements troubleshooting solutions, cost improvements and capacity
increases to assist assigned production support areas. Additional
responsibilities include:

* Identify and justify opportunities for implementing process
improvements and new equipment systems and/or upgrading existing
processes and equipment.
* Provide support for evaluating and analyzing relevant process
information and monitoring vital aspects of process control to allow for
reporting of manufacturing quality and productivity performance
* Use problem solving techniques to troubleshoot process
variations that generate favorable variances in yield, material and/or
labor to assist assigned production support areas.
* Participate on cross-functional new product and/or process
development teams and ensures a capable process for transferring
manufacture of new products to production. Write technical documentation
reports necessary for systems validations, process validations, product
validations and equipment qualifications that comply with customer,
quality, and industry requirements
* Provide support for Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective
Action/Preventative Action (CAPA) activities, including Failure
Investigation, Root Cause Determination and Remedial Action Training in
assigned production support areas.
* Provide required production support to ensure smooth product
flow with minimal material flow interruptions.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a
related technical discipline is required.
* A minimum of 2 years of Engineering experience is required.
Manufacturing experience is required. High volume manufacturing
experience is preferred.
* Must have strong communication skills, with the ability to
effectively present information in English and Mandarin orally and in
writing to top management.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
is required.
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal relation
skills.
* Must have strong statistical and analytical problem solving
skills.
* Must have the ability to collaborate with all levels of
management in a cross-functional international team environment is
required.
* Knowledge of Quality Systems is preferred.
* Knowledge of Process Excellence/Six Sigma tools and
methodologies is preferred.
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
* Knowledge of statistical software (i.e. Minitab) is
preferred. Knowledge of spray technology is preferred. Knowledge of
Design of Experiment (DOE) concepts preferred.
* Experience with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective
and Preventative Actions (CARs) preferred.
